Payment terms?
PostalParrot is a month-to-month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed monthly for the previous month's usage. If you send to fewer than 100 contacts in a month, you will not be billed for that month. |
What is a Contact?
Unlike other email service providers PostalParrot only charges for the email addresses you send to - not the number of email addresses in your lists. You can send new emails to the same email address as many times as you like without incurring any extra costs. |
Double opt-ins required?
No, unlike other email service providers we do not require your contacts to opt-in with us before you can email them. Please remember that you are not allowed to email harvested email addresses or you may end up locked in a big bird cage. |

Can I cancel?
There is no need to cancel because you are only charged for what you use. If you do not use the service you will not be charged. If you would like to delete your account, please contact us. |
